COVID-19 Update

We look forward to welcoming you again.

Please note the current COVID-19 rules before your arrival and during your stay. For this purpose, we have provided you with the following links for information. Should it be necessary that you have to carry out a follow-up test during your stay, we ask you to do it yourself and to present the test result to us. Please also note that it is not possible to arrive without a valid negative Corona test.

Changed cancellation conditions

In deviation from the general terms and conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply during the COVID-19 pandemic:

1. If the government of our region (Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen) prohibits accommodation, we will cancel your stay free of charge and reimburse 100% of payments already made.

2. If your home is classified as a risk area, you are still allowed to travel with a current negative test result or a medical certificate. If this is not possible for you because the classification of your area was classified as a risk area at short notice, up to 3 days before arrival, you can also carry out a quick test on site. Please make an appointment for this at the test centers mentioned above.

3. Should you not be able to travel due to illness / COVID-19, i. d. R. Your travel cancellation insurance. If you don't have one, you can conveniently book one using our booking tool.
